Quality

Satisfactory quality is your right, at Edge Beanbags we aim to deliver excellent quality.

As described     

We provide pictures, dimensions, technical specifications and free fabric samples to ensure that you have the product you want. We do remind customers that images do not always display colours exactly as computer screens – and even photo colours – can vary. This is why we supply free fabric samples.

Lasting 

Your rights require the products to last a reasonable length of time, At Edge Beanbags we extend a full guarantee on each beanbag for one year. Of course, this is under normal wear and tear – abuse of the beanbag furniture which results in damage is not covered. However, we will do our best to repair beanbag covers or liners which you have damaged. Just call us and ship them back to us.

A note on the Beanbag filling: The beads used will compact down after time. This is neither a fault nor a ‘wear and tear’ issue but a feature of the beanbag. Users can top-up the beanbag using standard Fire Retardant filling bought from many retail outlets.

Exchange           

Your rights require you to return goods within 7 days. We will extend this to 14 days as long as you contact us within 7 days. As we offer free fabric samples, we do not expect to have to replace stock items because the colour does not suit, However, if you let us know and are prepared to pay the shipping cost we will exchange your beanbag for another stock colour. Bespoke items cannot be returned. This applies to colours, fabrics, special finishes and special sizes.

Faulty Goods    

Your rights are clear: if we supply goods with a fault of any kind, we will replace them and refund your return shipping costs within 30 days.

Return of unwanted goods         

If you’ve changed your mind, please call us so that we can cancel the delivery. (Remember, we normally despatch within 24 hours so the sooner you call the better.) If there’s no fault, and we’ve already shipped your goods we will refund your payment within 30 days of the goods being returned to us in the same condition they were despatched. We will not pay for the return shipping cost.

Delivery              

We don’t charge for UK Mainland orders for delivery of items purchased online. We do not guarantee that free delivery will mean ‘next day’ delivery. You can pay to guarantee next day delivery as long as the purchase and payment are completed before 11am. Your rights are not affected.

Collection from our premises     

You are welcome to collect your beanbags from our premises in Wokingham. Call us on 0118 374 9873 to arrange – we are open Monday to Friday 9-5. Or by special arrangement, at the weekend.

Problems/Force Majeure            

Hitches happen occasionally, we use external couriers and are not always able to foretell or control the delivery. Let us know as soon as you have any issues and we’ll do our utmost to resolve them quickly. So far we’ve never left a customer with a result they're not happy with and don’t intend to.
